Well…as the title goes to say, we are having air condition problems here in our rental home.
The landlord is coming out to “fix” it, but he is a pretty cheap bastard. Instead of calling a professional, he wants to fix it him self, so he can save a penny. Which in the long run, is going to cost US more.
The a/c’s water drain for some reason is leaking, and dumping water down the inside of the wall, causing it to come out of the baseboards, flooding the kitchen. I am constantly wiping up water, and have done 6 loads of laundry to wash all the towels and blankets i used to mop it up with.
As everyone knows, I have a new puppy named Dutchess.
Shes a wonderful dog and wants to do nothing but please!
Right now, Im a little irritated because she keeps pottying in the house. All over the carpet.
I am constantly cleaning the carpet. We walk her all day, and she still refuses to potty outside, we tried the pee pads and newspaper by ALL the doors, but she will just go around it. I had to bust her butt so many times.
Any ideas please let me know?

okay so the storm came through and now left flooded streets, well the lover and i drove out to a guys house to pick up a weight bench set, for sale. well on the way water splashed up into our engine and flooded the starter, so we werent able to go ANYWHERE. we were stuck in the road. the people with the weight bench was nice enough to let us stay at their house, until we decided to walk home in the rain. and not to mention that i was dressed in all white. fun stuff.
